A fun and easy way to get your daily dose of "good gut bugs" is to introduce homemade coconut yogurt. Kids love it! And I love that I can eat it sweet or savory. I use it as a substitute for dairy products like dairy yogurt and traditional sour cream. It's one of our favorites for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
2 cups Arroy-D Coconut Milk or Coconut Cream (my fave!)
4 tsp arrowroot starch (optional - for thicker yogurt!)
1 tbsp Cocoyo live probiotic coconut yogurt
Serving suggestions: pair it with salt and cucumbers for a refreshing salad; scoop it onto a waffle with honey and blueberries; use it in a smoothie for that probiotic pick-me-up!
