For the Filling:

4 cups of seasonal fruit or a medley like sliced apples, berries, sliced peaches, sliced plums, etc.

1/2 cup coconut sugar

For the Topping:

1 cup Mama Emma’s Mix

2 cups rolled oats

½ cup maple syrup

½ cup sunflower oil

1 tsp salt

½ cup of coconut sugar

2 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup water


  1. Combine fruit and coconut sugar in a mixing bowl, then pour into a ceramic or glass casserole dish
  2. Combine all topping ingredients then dollop the wet mixture and spread into an even layer on top
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or longer until top layer is golden brown
  4. Serve with Mama Emma’s Nicecream or coconut whipped topping
