Ingredients:
1 Large Cucumber, peeled and sliced thinly
1 lemon, zest, and juice
½ cup of coconut milk
1/4 cup of brazil nuts
¼ cup of water
2 Tsp salt
½ cup fresh dill
1 tsp chickpea miso paste
Preparation:
Blend lemon zest, juice, brazil nuts, coconut milk, water, dill, chickpea miso, and salt in a blender until smooth. Mix the sauce with the sliced cucumbers in a bowl and serve fresh.
